Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blazewing at https://blazewinghq.com and related applications (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Blazewing, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Blazewing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is separate from these Terms.

2. The Service

Blazewing is a SaaS platform that helps you draft, schedule, and publish content to social platforms you connect (such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube), and use related tools such as analytics, competitor insights, campaigns, and SEO features, subject to your plan.

Features, limits, and plan details may change over time. We may update, add, or remove features as we improve the product.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for activity under your account and workspace
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms (and at least 18 years old where applicable)

4. Trials, plans, and billing

Some features may be offered on a free trial. When a trial ends, continued paid features require an active subscription unless we say otherwise.

Paid plans (such as Growth and Pro) are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, and included limits are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Promo codes and discounts (including 100% off / free periods) apply only as stated in Stripe at redemption and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn for new redemptions. Discounts already applied to an active subscription remain subject to Stripe's and our then-applicable terms for that subscription.

You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation through Blazewing billing settings and/or the Stripe customer portal where available. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period after it has started.

We may change prices with reasonable notice for future billing periods. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Connected platforms

To publish or use platform features, you may connect third-party accounts (for example Meta, LinkedIn, or Google/YouTube). You authorize Blazewing to act on your behalf using the permissions you grant.

• You must comply with each platform's terms, policies, and API rules
• You are responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish
• Platforms may change, throttle, or revoke access; we are not liable for outages or policy changes by those platforms
• You can disconnect accounts in Blazewing or revoke access in the platform's settings

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Blazewing ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (including publishing to platforms you select).

You represent that you have the rights needed to use Your Content and to publish it to the destinations you choose, and that Your Content does not violate law or third-party rights.

7. AI features

Blazewing may offer AI-assisted drafting, suggestions, or analysis. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publishing. Do not rely on AI output as sole legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
• Spam, harass, or publish content that infringes others' rights
• Attempt to access other customers' data, reverse engineer the Service (except where prohibited by law), or disrupt our systems
• Circumvent plan limits, security controls, or platform API restrictions in bad faith
• Misrepresent affiliation with Blazewing or use our brand without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Blazewing, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service—only a limited right to use it according to your plan and these Terms.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties (hosting, payments, AI providers, and social platforms). Their terms and availability apply to their parts of the stack. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful publishing on every platform attempt, or specific business results.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blazewing and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in that period (or, if you are on a free trial / $0 promo, one hundred US dollars (USD 100)).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example certain consumer rights or liability for fraud).

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Blazewing against claims arising from Your Content, your use of connected platforms, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Blazewing and cancel a paid subscription as described in billing settings. Cancellation typically ends renewals at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice (for example by email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sweden have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
